Responsibilities

  • Edit a comedy series for social media
  • Contribute to the creative strategy behind limited-edition products
  • Work with the video producer to plan and execute the delivery of ad series
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth feedback loops and on-time asset delivery
  • Participate in weekly video huddles and team meetings
  • Have productive in-person editing sessions at the Melbourne office
  • Turn concepts into engaging, impactful narratives
  • Create professional, high-quality edits using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Enhance videos with dynamic effects, graphics, and sound design
  • Bring valuable post-production insights to improve production efficiency
  • Maintain an organized file system and optimize workflows
  • Manage multiple timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Work closely with the Video Producer to plan delivery timelines and keep stakeholders informed
  • Anticipate future post-production needs and maintain an overview of the Video Team schedule
  • Work with the Producer and Video Lead to shape creative strategies
  • Identify and communicate roadblocks to keep projects on track
  • Navigate trade-offs to drive stronger video outcomes
  • Support the leadership of the team
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate across teams
  • Contribute to a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Mentor junior team members
