Requirements
- Minimally 6 years of experience in a growth-focused role within NEA
- Proven track record of devising successful VIPs growth strategies and achieving targets
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement VIP growth strategies aligned with team objectives
- Analyze local market ecosystems, competition, and VIP behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Lead efforts to acquire new VIPs and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns and initiatives
- Optimize VIP onboarding processes to enhance experience and drive loyalty
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize growth strategies
- Implement A/B testing and iterative improvements to enhance conversion rates and user engagement
- Collaborate with various departments like global marketing, product, SEO, LCD, and CS to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to achieve cohesive growth strategies
