Aethir is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Senior Product Manager with fluency in Mandarin to lead product development efforts. The candidate should have a strong background in product management within the Web3 space, with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in the Web3 space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the Web3 space
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and the broader Web3 ecosystem
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to interact with internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of user needs and market trends

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, user engagement, and adoption
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
• Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and improvements
• Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and maintain a clear product roadmap
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Web3 ecosystem and incorporate relevant innovations into the product strategy
