Senior Workday Application Architect

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Workday Application Architect, specializing in Workday HCM, particularly Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent. This 100% remote, full-time position offers the opportunity to work on key projects like the annual WD update, duplicate framework, employee value prioritization, onboarding enhancements, and acquisition activities. You will be responsible for configuring Workday HCM applications, creating architectural diagrams, preparing releases, and collaborating with stakeholders. This role requires extensive experience with HCM applications, specifically Workday, along with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with HCM Applications
• Workday experience is required
• Solid group facilitation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Understanding of both Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps best practices such as Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Delivery for distributed services
• Proven documentation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present various levels of management
• Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to adjust to rapid changes in deadlines and priorities
• Ability to manage multiple high priority projects
• Quickly understand new information and how it connects to a larger picture
• Openness to receiving and applying feedback
• Possess a collaborative, get-it-done personality
