Join Fรญonta as a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead Salesforce implementations for nonprofit and association clients. You will define technical strategy, guide implementation teams, and act as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, architecting scalable solutions, conducting stakeholder interviews, designing technical solutions, and performing hands-on configuration. Project delivery involves partnering with project managers, decomposing requirements, conducting quality assurance, and resolving critical issues. You will also mentor consultants, foster knowledge sharing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce implementation projects
  • Active Salesforce certifications required (minimum 2 of the following): Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC)
  • Nonprofit Success Pack Consultant
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Platform Administrator - Required
  • Deep expertise with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Experience with integration patterns, data migration, and third-party applications
  • Proven track record working with nonprofit organizations or associations
  • Understanding of nonprofit business processes including fundraising, program management, and constituent engagement
  • Experience translating nonprofit requirements into technical solutions
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to understand client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and build trusted advisor relationships
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving: Creative approach to solving complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in distributed teams and foster collaborative relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations from discovery through deployment
  • Architect scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and third-party applications
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and success criteria
  • Design and document technical solutions that align with client business objectives
  • Perform hands-on configuration and customization using declarative approaches
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Decompose complex requirements into actionable work items aligned with team capabilities
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of team deliverables before client presentations
  • Lead critical issue resolution and risk mitigation activities
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to delivery best practices
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Salesforce consultants and developers
  • Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the delivery team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design and proposal development
  • Participate in sales engineering efforts to demonstrate platform capabilities
  • Serve as subject matter expert during client presentations and workshops

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Architecture, Integration, Data)
  • Background in change management and user adoption strategies
