Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• +5 years of experience
• Needs to be able to work independently, talk to stakeholders, get information, communicate progress
• Should not be waiting for instructions, be creative in problem solving

Responsibilities

• Manages HR processes like talent, compensation, and workforce planning
• Ensures smooth data flow between Workday and other systems
• Manages user roles, permissions, and data privacy
