Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in digital publishing, demonstrating a strong understanding of content creation and editorial processes
• Craft compelling narratives aligned with brand voice to engage and resonate with target audiences
• Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders to create cohesive content strategies
• Leverage creative problem-solving to develop impactful solutions for content challenges
• Demonstrate results-driven execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs
• Exhibit exceptional writing and editing skills, identifying and bringing engaging stories to life
• Apply strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital publishing tools like WordPress and Google Analytics
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while staying organized and resourceful
• Stay attuned to emerging industry trends and creative fields to inform innovative content strategies

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality content that informs and inspires the audience while reflecting Envato's industry expertise
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven, trend-based content and uncover unique storytelling opportunities
• Build a network of creative professionals–internal and external– to enrich content with a focus on quality and consistency
• Conduct keyword research, develop outlines, and provide constructive feedback to optimize partner and internal content
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content efficiency and scalability
• Support blog operations, including content uploading, CMS management, and contributing to the content calendar
• Analyse performance metrics, provide monthly insights, and recommend strategies for content optimisation
• Stay updated on industry trends, perform competitor analysis, and ensure content aligns with Envato's brand guidelines and goals
