Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in healthcare product management
  • Proven experience working effectively with other product, engineering teams, and/or clinical teams as key stakeholders or end users
  • Passionate about engaging with external users, understanding their unique challenges, and leveraging those insights to build products from first principles
  • Resourceful and resilient, able to think on your feet, overcome setbacks, and inspire your teammates to do the same
  • Naturally collaborative, you thrive on camaraderie and shared success, earning trust as a dependable partner and source of encouragement
  • Highly motivated to take ownership of your work and deliver exceptional results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical, etc.) to define product requirements and specifications
  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI and LLM tools or displayed interest in this space
