Summary

Join Pavago as our SEO and Web Specialist and manage website optimization, improve digital performance through analytics, and maintain web platforms like Shopify and WordPress. Monitor and interpret data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to inform SEO strategy and prepare reports. Participate in regular client and team communication and assist with special projects. This is a high-responsibility position ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SEO and web management experience, preferably with agency or multi-client environments
  • Strong experience with Shopify, WordPress, and Cloudways platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
  • Strong organizational skills and time tracking using tools like Toggl
  • Ability to write clearly and creatively (a big plus)
  • Effective communicator in a remote-first team using tools like Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, and Notion
  • Strong multitasking and deadline management in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing SEO tasks for multiple clients using best practices to improve rankings, traffic, and visibility
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and performance monitoring
  • Update and maintain client websites primarily on Shopify, WordPress , and Cloudways
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement improvements as needed
  • Monitor and interpret data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to inform SEO strategy
  • Prepare reports highlighting actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in regular check-ins with clients and internal team via Slack, Gmail, and Notion
  • Maintain clear documentation and task tracking using tools like Notion and Toggl
  • Assist with recurring and ad-hoc web and SEO-related projects
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance digital performance
