Requirements

• Minimum two years of SEO experience (ideally in an agency)
• Experience developing effective SEO strategies that return ROI for clients based on technical and competitor analysis
• Ability to create simple scripts to automate data analysis and processing
• Ability to understand a client’s business model and use it to develop an SEO strategy and set campaign goals
• Ability to independently carry out comprehensive SEO analyses of sites analysing on-site and off-site elements in depth
• Experience working on a range of SEO verticals (Local SEO, Voice Search, eCommerce SEO etc.)
• Ability to create project management plans and keep client projects on track
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates and best practices in SEO
• Ability to articulately explain SEO strategies to client managers, clients etc
• Experience or good familiarity with SEO research tools including Ahrefs, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog and SEMRush
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Data Studio
• Ability to analyse and find solutions for problems or potential pitfalls that may arise during an SEO campaign
• Excellent communication and cooperative goal setting skills that will enhance your work with other company departments
• Ability to multitask and prioritise, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while driving results through cross-functional teams
• Command of the English language at a minimum B2 proficiency level

Responsibilities

• Create long-term SEO strategies and optimise websites for search engine optimisation
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery expansion and analysis
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Modify SEO elements in the code of our clients’ websites, taking into account changes affecting the entire site
• Make simple server-side changes (e.g. modifying .htaccess) to clients’ websites
• Manage non-standard SEO campaigns like migrations
• Work closely with content, link building and client teams to constantly improve ROI for clients
• Utilize AI tools and technologies in developing and executing SEO strategies and in daily SEO tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SEO campaigns targeting multiple locations/languages
• Experience in creating and conducting SEO related training
• Practical understanding of Python programming language
