Requirements

  • Experience of multi-region strategies specifically North America and Europe
  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM with a focus on increasing rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Strong understanding of current SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
  • Expertise in paid search marketing (PPC) and ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and similar
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with data-driven thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and drive website traffic
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-ranking, relevant keywords and optimize on-page elements such as meta descriptions, title tags, and content for better visibility
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal links for maximum search engine exposure
  • Implement and manage link-building strategies, directory submissions, and partnerships to improve website authority
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring high click-through rates and cost-effective conversion strategies
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for SEO and supports keyword strategies
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, etc.) to track, monitor, and report on website performance, traffic patterns, and user behavior
  • Monitor and analyze competitor SEO/SEM strategies and adjust our strategies to stay competitive
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and other elements for better performance
  • Generate detailed SEO and SEM performance reports that include traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI, and make actionable recommendations for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with content and technical teams
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page optimization is a plus
  • Experience of enterprise software solutions, preferably SaaS and/or cybersecurity/information security
