Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with experience in planning and executing digital marketing efforts
- Strong knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing best practices and tools, such as HubSpot and MailChimp
- Experience with content creation and social media management, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social posts
- Experience with PPC, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and optimize marketing efforts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple projects and priorities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to drive growth and increase brand awareness
- Plan and execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot and MailChimp
- Create and manage high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social posts
- Manage and execute PPC, SEO/SEM and other campaigns, including Google Ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our marketing efforts
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, leveraging market and competitive research to inform decision-making
- Develop strong analyst and media relations, building key relationships that enhance brand awareness and drive business success
- Produce high-quality video content, working with freelance script writers, animators, our internal team, and video editors to create compelling and engaging content
- Work closely with graphic designers to develop and refine visual presentations that convey our brand values and key messaging
- Build and lead a marketing team, providing guidance and support to team members as needed to help them achieve their goals
