Service Delivery Manager

Summary

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years hands-on experience in service delivery management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Valid ITIL Specialist certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Information Systems (IS) operations, ensuring service continuity and swift resolution of outages
• Drive the service delivery process, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable IT services
• Lead and coordinate the service delivery team, optimising performance and collaboration
• Address and manage customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of service management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g. ITIL)
• Experience with team collaboration and IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft 365
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to navigate service challenges effectively
• ITIL Managing Professional (or ITIL Expert) certification
