Summary
Join Datacom's Service Desk team as a Service Desk Agent and kickstart your IT career. You will be the first point of contact for clients, proactively resolving issues or escalating them appropriately. Responsibilities include providing high-quality support via phone, email, and alert monitoring, following ITIL processes to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests. This role requires strong problem-solving and customer service skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), and the ability to work across a rotating roster covering Monday to Sunday, 6 am to 10 pm. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (and/or NZ Citizen) and ability to pass a national police check are essential. Requirements
- Problem solving and delivering quality customer service is your forte, and youβre looking for a role that challenges you to think on your feet
- Youβre comfortable working with customers over the phone and have strong, clear communication skills; both written and verbal
- Australian Citizenship or Perm Resident (and/or NZ Citizen) and ability to pass national police check is essential
