Requirements

• Familiarity with Syrve software is a significant advantage
• Proficiency with PC or laptop setups to facilitate work
• Experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential
• Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset, committed to resolving diverse user challenges
• Eagerness to absorb and manage a large volume of technical and industry-specific information

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients on effectively utilizing software solutions
• Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored recommendations leveraging software features
• Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges related to reports, finance, accounting, inventory, purchasing, and marketing
• Diagnose and correct system configuration errors efficiently
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
