Summary

Join NeuroNav as a Service Coordinator Manager and lead a team of Service Navigators supporting clients in California's Self-Determination Program. You will implement policies, manage client assignments, prioritize tasks, and support team hiring and training. This role requires experience managing teams, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is needed. Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in leadership and professional development of teams, including motivating team members to achieve individual and collective goals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment (1 year of management experience required and 2+ years preferred)
  • A background working with individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD), bringing a unique understanding to the challenges and rewards of the role. 2 years of IDD support experience is required and 3+ years is preferred (preference for experience in social work, care coordination, ABA therapy, or as a service provider)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Client-facing experience managing multiple relationships at one time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have computer, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet work environment

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead a dynamic team of Service Navigators
  • Optimize performance and outcomes by analyzing and driving team metrics
  • Ensure a strong partnership and effective collaboration by representing NeuroNav in client and partner meetings
  • Execute and uphold policies and procedures to ensure the team's success in guiding individuals through the Self-Determination Program
  • Identify areas of improvement and work together to implement positive change
  • Identify and nurture the growth of future leaders within the team, building skill sets and fostering a culture of mentorship
  • Assign and manage clients
  • Prioritize team tasks
  • Support hiring and training within your team
  • Take decisive action on cases or team issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and bilingual
  • Experience in a performance-based culture with metrics attainment goals
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
