ServiceNow Business Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Information Systems, Industrial engineering, Process engineering, Administration or similar
• 3 - 4 years of previously business analysis experience designing requirements for Software development projects
• Experience with: Workshops, Demo, Agile/SCRUM/ SAFe sprints, user stories creation
• Experience working on ServiceNow gathering requirements
• Experience in agile frameworks

Responsibilities

• Develop business case scenarios that meet the real customer’s need within the scope, time and financial frameworks
• Perform high-level analysis to determine feasibility of the cost /benefit of project solution and produce required documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL v3 or 4 Knowledge or certification
• Experience on ITSM on ServiceNow- (Remedy, Solarwind, Jira, zendesk, Soho, HP service manager, or any other ITSM tool)
