Senior Pricing Analyst

Summary

Join ServiceNow as a Pricing Analyst and support GTM pricing strategies to boost business growth and improve pricing outcomes. You will conduct price performance reviews with sales leaders, offering actionable insights to enhance price realization. Analyze pricing metrics to identify trends and opportunities and streamline pricing processes for efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective pricing solutions. This role requires experience in leveraging AI in work processes and a strong understanding of SaaS/IaaS business models.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• 4+ years of experience in pricing, sales strategy, business operations, or product strategy
• Understanding of SaaS/IaaS business models and pricing trade-offs
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams

Preferred Qualifications
