Join our team as a ServiceNow Certified Developer/Lead! This remote, contract position (6+ months) offers a competitive hourly rate ($30 USD). We are seeking a mid-level resource with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, holding both Certified Administrator and Developer certifications. A strong understanding of ITSM modules and ITIL framework is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses fundamental knowledge of networking, JavaScript, AngularJS, SQL, databases, HTML, and CSS.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years or more systems experience in ServiceNow
• Be a Certified Administrator and Developer for ServiceNow
• Have a thorough understanding of all interactions and touchpoints between functions and data in each ITSM ServiceNow module
• Have general knowledge of the ITIL framework
• Have a good understanding of Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Services and Service Catalog Management ITIL Processes
• Have fundamental knowledge of Networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
• Have fundamental knowledge of JavaScript
• Have fundamental knowledge of Angular JS (Jelly)
• Have fundamental knowledge of SQL and databases
• Have fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS - UI Pages, Content Pages, Home Pages
