Join Devoteam's new nearshore ServiceNow hub in Portugal as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. You will design, build, and optimize impactful ServiceNow solutions, working with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, and JSON. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders. Mentor junior developers and share best practices. Requirements

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript mandatory, others a plus)
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module configuration
• English fluency and strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, JSON)
• Build and maintain integrations with critical business systems
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve platform performance
• Collaborate closely with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices
