Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and developing ServiceNow applications, with at least 2 years focused on ITOM & ITAM
• Proven track record in deploying ServiceNow solutions for large-scale organizations, ideally in the fintech or financial services industry
• Advanced skills in JavaScript
• Required certifications: Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM modules
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues to ensure the ServiceNow platform runs efficiently
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, recommending upgrades and improvements based on industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance standards and provide strategic technical recommendations to clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Script Includes
• Experience working with remote teams and managing stakeholders in different time zones
