ServiceNow Programmer Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Programmer Analyst! This fully remote contract position (12 months) in Quebec requires at least 5 years of ServiceNow experience. You will design, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, replacing the existing Service Desk. The role demands both technical expertise and strong professional skills to support and train the internal team. Fluency in French is essential. The position requires a security clearance.

Requirements

• Language: French: verbal and written
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in the IT field, including three (3) years as an administrator and/or configurator on the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrate knowledge of configuring a CMDB based on ServiceNow’s CSDM framework
• The resource must undergo the process to obtain a level 1 security clearance from the Ministère de la Sécurité publique

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet customer needs
• Analyze user requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Create and manage workflows, forms and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications
• Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow configuration issues
• Carry out the activities assigned to him/her as part of the implementation of the ITSM module of the ServiceNow product
