Services Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Services Program Manager (SPM) SupplierXM (SXM) at Salsify, a company specializing in commerce infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for assigned client engagements, honoring respective contracts during projects and ongoing PS client engagements and accomplishing the set objectives
• Drives a streamlined and successful delivery of engagements in line with Salsify’s processes and SXM implementation guidelines
• Manages all aspects of the client experience, including expectation setting, communication, scope, budget, timeline, status reporting, risk management and mitigation
• Effectively assigns and delegates work across multiple project teams including other cross-functional partners in the delivery (both internal and external to Salsify)
• Leads/supports the techno-functional parts of the SXM implementation for assigned SXM engagements
