Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of Water Advisors and Water Specialists outputs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Maintain and update project plans, ensuring they reflect current priorities and team capacity
  • Manage the Professional Services team’s workload, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Act as the main point of coordination for the Water team, ensuring alignment across different client outputs
  • Continuously assess and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables
  • Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue management, and workflow optimization
  • Manage KPIs, and hiring plans, and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of the team and clients

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of client projects. You will be responsible for managing team capacity, coordinating with Water Advisors regarding work planning and work prioritization, and ensuring we are delivering outputs to clients on time. You will use your expertise in Jira to track progress and manage workflows, while leveraging your people skills to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the client teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the environment and water issues, who thrives in leading teams and managing complex projects in technical fields.

Your Core Focus

  • Lead the planning and execution of Water Advisors and Water Specialists outputs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Your Profile

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people in SaaS, consulting, or early-stage startup environments, ideally with a focus on client-facing projects.

    • Proven track record in project management or program management, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

    • Experience with resource planning and workload balancing in dynamic environments, ensuring optimal team performance.

    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to ensure alignment on project objectives.”

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in task management and project tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello. Ability to leverage these tools for workflow optimization and issue resolution.

    • Lead projects using Agile methodologies, conducting daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders..

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across teams. Water expertise is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

    • Experience in the Climate Tech sector is highly desirable, bringing added value to our mission-driven projects.

  • Location: Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

  • Language: Fluency in English is a must.
