Settlement Officer

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Atleast 1.5 years of experience in the mortgage industry specializing in AU loan processing
• Experience in using MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker or other CRM Software in the mortgage broking industry
• Has a good understanding of IT concepts and technologies
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Data entry to CRM and Apply Online (AOL)
• Proven experience in End-to-End application process: Application lodgment to Settlement
• Liaising with lenders to ensure settlements happen on time, including the follow-up on post-approval settlement conditions
• Coordinate with solicitors to carry out accurate settlement instructions
• Liaise with external parties (SMSF Agencies) and stakeholders
• Update and inform clients of their settlement status
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure all documentation are ready for settlement
• Delivering timely and accurate completion of settlements with a high-volume caseload

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HubSpot
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering
