Summary

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a Bitcoin mining site, ensuring efficient functioning of mining equipment, maintaining a secure facility, and managing power consumption. They will supervise staff, coordinate with the technical team, implement safety protocols, manage inventory, monitor facility performance, and promote safety, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment
• Proven experience as a facility supervisor, preferably in cryptocurrency mining
• Strong leadership qualities and hands-on technical experience
• Effective strategic planning
• Experience in cryptocurrency mining operation
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask

• Supervising facility staff
• Managing power consumption for the mining site
