Summary

Anatta is seeking a Backend Application Developer with Shopify experience to develop and maintain functional web applications as part of their engineering team. The candidate should have excellent programming skills, good organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Preferred skills include TypeScript/Node JS, Object-Oriented Programming, API understanding, Shopify Plus knowledge, and SQL DB understanding.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Backend Application Developer on web applications
• Degree or certification in software development
• Communication: Fluent writing and speaking in English

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Follow emerging technologies
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript/Node JS
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
• Excellent understanding of API (Rest, GraphQL)
• Good understanding of Shopify Plus
• Good understanding of Public and Custom Shopify Apps
• Good understanding of SQL DB
• Good understanding of GIT
• Good Understanding of the backend server
• Good documentation skills
