Join our dynamic global company as a Site Contract Specialist, based anywhere in Canada! This role is crucial in facilitating negotiations of site agreements and budgets, ensuring alignment with the site activation plan. You will customize and prepare country- and site-specific agreements, track negotiation status, and prepare executable versions for signature. Filing executed agreements and updating relevant functions on the contracting process are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a college or university degree or equivalent experience, including at least one year in the US clinical research industry and experience negotiating site budgets.
Requirements
- College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in an environment, where relevant experience has been gained
- Minimum 1 year experience in the clinical research industry in the United States
- Previous experience with negotiating site budgets
Responsibilities
- Facilitating negotiations of site agreements and budgets to ensure alignment with the site activation plan
- Customizing and preparing country- and site-specific agreements and organizing their translations
- Tracking the status of site agreement and budget negotiation
- Preparing executable versions of site agreements and budgets, and coordinating the signature process
- Filing executed site agreements in the Trial Master File
- Updating all concerned functions on the site contracting process
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of and experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites and medical terminology is a plus
