Summary
Join Ontra, a global leader in AI legal tech, as a Sales Enablement Specialist! Empower our Sales and Business Development teams through dynamic onboarding and impactful training. Develop and deliver training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills, strategy, and processes. Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and develop training content. Serve as a go-to mentor and resource for Sales, providing guidance and support. Leverage your SaaS sales process expertise and passion for sales strategy to contribute to our success.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or related fields
- Sales Strategy Passion: Strong passion for sales strategy and processes, especially regarding top-of-funnel activities
- Presentation Skills: Compelling presentation skills with the ability to deliver energetic and interactive training sessions
- SaaS Sales Methodologies: In-depth knowledge and experience with SaaS sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Gap Selling
Responsibilities
- Onboarding Program Management: Lead the Sales onboarding program, ensuring a seamless and effective integration into the sales team
- Sales Skills Training: Develop,deliver, and update training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills, strategy, and process to improve effectiveness in sourcing top-of-funnel opportunities
- Product Knowledge Expertise: Provide comprehensive training on the solutionsβ impacts and benefits to empower the team with essential product knowledge needed for successful customer engagements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and develop training content that aligns with overall company objectives and strategies
- Trusted Resource: Serve as the go-to mentor and resource for Sales, providing guidance and support across all aspects of their role and development
- Technical Resource: Serve as the tech stack expert with everything that helps our Sellers sell! LMS & CMS experience a huge plus as well as experience with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales Knowledge: BDR experience, along with training, instructional design, and sales closing experience is preferred
- Seller Software Experience: CMS & LMS experience a huge plus; salesforce experience preferred
