Site Reliability Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Systems Engineer responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of critical production systems, developing automation tools, working with development teams, participating in on-call rotations, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and conducting post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence of incidents. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience is required along with experience in cloud computing platforms, containerization technologies, scripting languages, network fundamentals, security practices, and system administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, Ruby)
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, security practices, and system administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
