Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing Walmart and/or eBay accounts, demonstrating a successful track record in driving growth and performance
• Expertise in optimizing product listings to enhance search visibility and maximize sales potential
• Experience with analytics tools and marketplace reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and PDPs by conducting market analysis, collaborating with the creative team for assets, ensuring compliance, and handling overall administration
• Analyze performance by monitoring key metrics, tracking conversion rates, and optimizing listings
• Maintain accounts to ensure smooth operations and overall account health
• Manage inventory through planning and communication with the inventory team
• Monitor reviews by reporting negative feedback and relaying insights to R&D for potential product improvements
• Conduct competitor analysis by tracking market trends and competition
• Develop strategies by proposing and implementing new marketplace growth initiatives
• Explore and optimize tools like AdBadger, Tracefuse, and StackInfluence to improve efficiency
• Manage PPC campaigns by overseeing and optimizing advertising efforts
