Summary

Join Resultant as a Support Engineer and provide top-tier assistance to enterprise customers using the Snowflake Data Cloud platform. Monitor and maintain cloud-based systems, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams. You will maintain ownership of technical issues, create knowledge base articles, and participate in after-hours support. Continuous improvement of support tools and processes is also expected. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, SRE, or DevOps role
  • Strong proficiency and 2+ years of experience supporting Snowflake Data Cloud platforms is required
  • Proficiency and experience in other cloud technologies (e.g. SQL, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
  • Ability to read and interpret logs, error messages, and performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Strong debugging, problem solving and logic skills
  • Scripting experience in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
  • Exposure to ETL tools, data pipelines, and BI platforms
  • Knowledge of incident management and ticketing tools (e.g. ConnectWise, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain modular cloud-based systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product and configuration issues in customer environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Managed Services, Professional Services, Sales, etc) to address bugs, propose improvements, and provide feedback from the field
  • Maintain ownership of technical issues through resolution, including timely updates and clear documentation
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, internal runbooks, and customer-facing documentation
  • Participate in after-hours support as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support tools, processes, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other Data Warehouse solutions (e.g. Databricks, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML
  • Experience analyzing data and creating useful outcomes
  • Experience with data security best practices
