Social Media Content Producer

Summary

Join our team as a fully remote Social Content Producer and lead our client's social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance. This role requires 3+ years of experience in digital and social media, preferably with a fitness/wellness brand, and a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. You will report to the Senior Social Media Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong aesthetic sense, passion for wellness, and understanding of social media trends. The position offers a fully remote work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Digital + Social Media industry, preferably with a fitness/wellness brand
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and design skills
• Proficiency with platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Later, Capcut, Asana, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Create all social media assets for our client, including photography & video
• Lead strategy, planning, and execution for social media including ongoing/daily posting, social campaigns, platform management, and consumer engagement
• Serve as brand social lead, developing and executing best-in-class social strategy in alignment with sales channel stakeholders and cross-functional partners, with a shared goal to increase engagement and improve organic social traffic to all sales channels
• Scale the community and increase engagement
• Stay up-to-date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity, and other social media leaders
• Maintain a consistent voice, personality, and look & feel for the brand across all social channels
• Provide ad-hoc, biweekly, and yearly analyses on performance to internal shareholders
• Define, establish, and maintain a social content calendar, including developing creative concepts from ideation to execution
