This contract opportunity focuses on organic social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Twitter (X), TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord. You will create engaging content, manage communities, and collaborate with internal teams. Success requires a deep understanding of social media trends, a knack for creating viral content, and data-driven optimization. The ideal candidate is social media obsessed, a skilled copywriter and creator, fluent in finance culture, and a Reddit & Discord veteran. This is a fast-paced, exciting role within a high-growth company.

• Be a creator at heart—know how to produce and edit videos, memes, and graphics that feel native to the platform
• Be fluent in finance culture—make personal finance fun, witty, and relatable
• Be a Reddit & Discord veteran—know how to build, moderate, and engage with online communities
• Be quick-witted and adaptable—jump into a trending topic and make it relevant for our brands in real time
• Be data-driven—track what works and adjust based on engagement, follower growth, and shareability
• Have a strong voice for our brands—confident, funny, engaging, and never boring
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Own the organic social media strategy for MoneyBot5000 and other LTV brands, focusing on viral growth, community engagement, and brand hype
• Create, edit, and post short-form, shareable videos, memes, and viral content across TikTok, X, and Instagram
• Engage in real-time conversations—jump into trends, reply to viral posts, and make MoneyBot5000 a brand that stands out online
• Build and manage communities on Reddit, Discord, and other emerging platforms—keep the conversation going and get people hyped about our brands
• Develop a strong brand voice that is fun, witty, and irreverent while still being informative and credible
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and product) to align social strategies with brand goals and help maintain a consistent voice & branding across all of our channels
• Experiment constantly—try new formats, track performance, and optimize based on data
• Jump into discussions on finance, AI, and money hacks—making MoneyBot5000 the go-to brand for smart and entertaining finance content
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to make sure our brands stay ahead of the curve
• Support other LTV brands in their organic social strategies, adapting the approach as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Have built a viral social account before (drop the links!)
• Have experience with finance, investing, AI, or tech brands
• Can edit videos fast (CapCut, Adobe, whatever gets the job done)
• Have worked on community building (Reddit, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
• Know how to use AI tools for content creation
