• Respond to each and every comment, message, and inquiry in a timely and professional manner in our specific tone of voice
• Collaborate with our social media team to maintain and improve best practices for increasing engagement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media engagement

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus
