Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Relevant coursework in social media marketing is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different social media platforms
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms for monitoring and reporting on social media performance
- Basic design skills and knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to promote D3's web1 and web3 marketplace
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms
- Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts, and coordinating content distribution across different social media channels
- Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns
- Focus on building a genuine and organic follower base by implementing strategies that attract and retain the target audience
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to user comments and inquiries promptly, and engage in conversations to build brand loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging web3 technologies to drive innovative approaches
- Assist in managing the company's online reputation and proactively address any issues or negative feedback
- Collaborate with the product and business teams to ensure consistent branding and user experience across social media platforms and customer-facing products
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of web1 and web3 technologies, including blockchain and cryptocurrency, is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and eager to learn with a passion for social media marketing and the potential of web3 technologies
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts or executing social media campaigns is a plus
- Excellent ability to develop well-crafted snappy, informed content to hit target audiences (for example: male, gamers, crypto)
- Top-notch research skills on wide and niche topics
- Experience with social media tools, such as Buffer
- Discord experience
- 3+ Years of social media management experience
- 2+ years of copywriting experience
