Summary

Join Beautiful.ai as a passionate social media marketer to own and manage the strategy, posting, and optimization of our social channels. You will create a scalable social media strategy, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube. A secondary focus will be influencer marketing, including researching trends, sourcing talent, and negotiating contracts. This part-time contract position requires 20 hours per week and offers a competitive hourly rate. You will collaborate with the marketing team, create engaging content, and report on organic social leads. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Compelling writing skills and proficiency in non-academic writing, with a very strong grasp of English grammar, editing, and familiarity with AP Style
  • Platform-specific knowledge and experience (i.e. LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media and how to optimize content
  • A basic understanding of influencer marketing, and what makes for a successful campaign
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be managing influencer relationships
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, organize projects, and multitask
  • Proficient at developing and editing content that includes creative briefs and concepts, as well as social media campaigns and captions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Impeccable attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Draft social media posts
  • Manage and maintain a scalable social media strategy
  • Create content for and manage social channels for our LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube
  • Research, source and engage with influencers, manage negotiations and execution
  • Engage with relevant social posts & articles; community management
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging, channel specific content
  • Schedule social posts
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify and implement social trends
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop social content and posts
  • Work with Content Manager & team to create and maintain monthly calendar with the guidance of the marketing team around product launches, upcoming company announcements, and educational content
  • Assist with sourcing visual assets across marketing campaigns
  • Develop executive content calendars
  • Drive and report on organic social leads
