Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience (+3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Drive, Sheets)
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and perform research

Responsibilities

• Look after the accounts of two people on different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and possibly TikTok
• Identify target audiences and create strategies to engage and grow our social media following
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy current
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
• Generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms
• Create and curate visually appealing images, videos, and graphics
• Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and messaging
• Oversee the creation and publishing of original, high-quality content
• Foster positive interactions with our online community while addressing concerns and inquiries promptly
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing campaigns and goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design and video is a plus
