Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing on a comprehensive social media strategy, engaging the online community, managing affiliates/influencers, planning and monitoring campaigns, analyzing data, staying updated with trends, and collaborating with other teams. The role requires 3+ years of experience in social media management, creativity, excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, high organization skills, the ability to work independently, and preferably experience working with the U.S. market.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the food and beverage or luxury goods industry
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey our brandโ€™s voice and values effectively
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions to optimize performance
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Work with our team to execute on comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brandโ€™s goals and target audience
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Affiliate / Influencer Management: You will be responsible for building out and managing our affiliate and influencer programs as well as recruiting affiliates into the program on an ongoing basis
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to drive engagement and sales
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media activities and make data-driven decisions
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall brand objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with the U.S. market is preferred
