Social Media Manager in Philippines

Summary

The job is for a remote Social Media Manager / Admin Support to manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms for an online business with multiple e-commerce ventures. The role also includes providing administrative support. The candidate should have experience in social media management, proficiency in using social media management tools, excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, detail-orientation, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively within a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for posting on social media platforms, mainly on Facebook and Instagram
• Schedule and publish content in alignment with content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and optimize strategies
• Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by actively engaging with comments, messages, and user-generated content
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
• Produce high-quality visual and written content, including images, graphics, videos, and captions
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling multimedia content that resonates with our target audience
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice and aesthetic

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Experience in running online stores is a plus but not required

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard
