Responsibilities

  • Create an editorial calendar and manage client to plan out content and utilize saved pictures, blog posts, etc
  • Posts content daily on Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube shorts
  • Manage DMs and comments
  • Manage LTK and links daily
  • Work closely with the developer to upload blog posts, links, and pictures
  • Create and manage a project management tool (Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Meet weekly to review the analytics and what's performing well / not well
  • Schedule and meet weekly with client to go over the calendar, to-do lists, projects, outstanding tasks, etc
  • Work closely with the graphic designer to utilize the Canva collages and templates
  • Organize documents
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
