Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience, working with entertainment/brand clients, agency setting preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital content publishing, content management, or a similar role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Previous QSR experience a plus
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
- Proficiency in content management systems and publishing tools (Dash Hudson, Sprout Social), and basic image and video editing tools, such as Canva, Adobe Express, and Capcut
- Proficient in Keynote, G-suite, and Airtable and Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality content
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to help prepare client-ready documents and comfortability presenting to internal and external teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Content Editors, Copywriters, and other stakeholders to plan and organize the content publishing schedule
- Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and style to ensure high-quality standards and ensure all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines, voice, and messaging
- Provide value to individuals in the most natural way possible by regularly engaging with social media users across accounts' social media platforms
- Maintain channel best practices when publishing and updating content across client-specific platforms to optimize visibility and reach
- Possess a strong understanding of content management systems, digital publishing tools, and related technologies
- Format content appropriately for online consumption, considering readability, visual appeal, and user experience along with enhancing content with relevant images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia elements
- Ensure that all published content adheres to copyright and intellectual property regulations
- Collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and Account teams to align content publishing with overall marketing strategies
- Communicate with different teams to gather the necessary information and assets for content creation and publication
- Understand a brand's voice, especially how to adopt this into the social vernacular
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that published content is error-free and meets the highest quality standards
