Requirements

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional social media platforms
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Experience analyzing social media metrics and using insights to drive strategy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
- Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media strategies
- Familiarity with the SaaS buyer journey and account-based marketing (ABM)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to engage and educate our target audiences (AI developers, SaaS professionals, and tech leaders)
- Write, design, and produce high-quality, engaging posts, graphics, and short videos that showcase Saltβs expertise and value
- Plan and manage social media campaigns that align with company goals, including product launches, webinars, and partnerships
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continually optimize our social media strategy for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Build relationships by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant industry conversations
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all messaging

- Experience with video editing and creating short-form video content
