Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for B2B SaaS companies in tech or AI
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional social media platforms
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Experience analyzing social media metrics and using insights to drive strategy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media strategies
  • Familiarity with the SaaS buyer journey and account-based marketing (ABM)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to engage and educate our target audiences (AI developers, SaaS professionals, and tech leaders)
  • Write, design, and produce high-quality, engaging posts, graphics, and short videos that showcase Salt’s expertise and value
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns that align with company goals, including product launches, webinars, and partnerships
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to continually optimize our social media strategy for reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Build relationships by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant industry conversations
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all messaging

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with video editing and creating short-form video content
  • Background in AI, LLMs, or developer tools content
