Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Social Sciences like Psychology, sociology, Economics, or related fields
- Have an experience min. 3 years as a Researcher (Social Research is a plus)
- Prior experience in conducting research, preferably in a social or economic context
- Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
- Strong Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret research data effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings and collaborate with team members
- Strong attention to detail in data collection, analysis, and report preparation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced research environment
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest research trends and methodologies

Responsibilities
