Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years in B2B social media management, including hands-on content strategy and daily publishing
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and GA4
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
- Fluency in English (exceptional written and verbal skills) and Portuguese (with the ability to create content for Brazilian audiences)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 5%) and thrive in a fully remote environment
- Demonstrated ability to design innovative social media campaigns with measurable results
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Meta
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and influencer outreach to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage and respond to online comments and interactions with our content and engage with relevant posts from other sources
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business objectives and target diverse international markets
- Craft and tailor content for international audiences (North America, parts of South America, EMEA, and parts of APAC), ensuring it resonates across different regions
- Monitor key performance indicators—engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, lead generation, brand mentions, and sentiment—and provide regular performance reports
- Work closely with cross-functional global teams to maintain brand consistency and share best practices across channels
- Stay current with social media trends, new technologies, platform algorithms, and industry developments to continuously refine strategies
