Summary

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Visio, including creating technical diagrams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to consult with partners and navigate corporate environments effectively
• Proven experience mapping and optimizing complex process flows, with examples of past projects and measurable success metrics
• Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to understand causality and correlation to drive meaningful change
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Certifications in process mapping methodologies such as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM)
• Alignment with the company's mission-centric values
• Active LinkedIn profile with completed application questions and eligibility to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform Discovery sessions to understand partners' business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design and develop automated workflow solutions using Visio and ISRD's proprietary engine
• Automate individual steps of partners' workflows using ISRD's proprietary engine
• Test automated workflow solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and performance goals
• Collaborate with partners' cross-functional teams to integrate automated workflow solutions into their business systems
• Utilize ISRD's tools and engine to create content within automated workflow solutions
• Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders to explain the benefits and limitations of automated workflow solutions
• Continuously monitor the performance of automated workflow solutions and make modifications as needed
