As a hands-on technical project manager, you will guide developers and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses a BA/BS degree, 10+ years of experience (including 5+ years in Drupal), and relevant certifications. Requirements

  • Have a Secret Clearance
  • Have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Have experience working with the Webform module in Drupal
  • Have substantial experience with AI-assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL)
  • Have a BA/BS degree
  • Have ten (10) plus years of hands-on full stack experience as team lead/architect developing architectures and solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in DRUPAL

Responsibilities

  • Function as a hands-on technical project manager with experience comparable to a Senior-level developer with experience in (Sr. Fullstack Drupal Lead + Arch + Infra + Dev UX, Middle, DB, DevSecOps)
  • Serve as a Senior Full-stack Drupal Lead
  • Develop web systems on technologies such as DRUPAL, AWS, Azure and container-based deployments while fulfilling enterprise and integration considerations
  • Lead the analysis, administration, design, development, and testing of applications
  • Review and verify implementation of web portal according to design best practices, performance and security
  • Review and assist in planning and execution of data migration and data reporting activities
  • Create, implement, and oversee technical process modeling, data modeling, and user interface designs
  • Demonstrate experience designing, implementing, and utilizing the Webform Module in DRUPAL, integrating the DRUPAL web content platform with federal systems (on-prem, cloud)
  • Demonstrate experience delivering web solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508
  • Lead and/or guide developers and other members to lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases including to estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect, deliver, administer, and support
  • Ensure architecture and implementations are in compliance with product roadmap, and with DOL enterprise/ platform/solutions architecture
  • Seek DOL OCIO technical guidance and approvals as well as provide recommendations for product roadmap, platform capability, and the DOL enterprise
