Software Developer

Join Language Services Associates (LSA) as a Software Developer and contribute to the full lifecycle of software design, development, and release for our diverse suite of systems and applications. You will participate in all phases of software development, from analysis and design to testing and deployment. Collaboration with team members across projects is essential. Requirements

• Proficiency in frontend development with React and JavaScript
• Experience in working with a variety of 3rd party SDKs and APIs
• Experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server
• Ability to work well independently

Responsibilities

• Participate in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software applications
• Seek innovative solutions to problems and make design and implementation recommendations
• Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
• Collaborate with team members across projects to support departmental and organizational roadmaps
• Plan, test and execute software version upgrade releases
• Manage tasks to meet assigned project dates
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technology such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience building, customizing, or integrating features within contact center software platforms
