Summary

Join Rackspace as a key member of the global governance, risk, and compliance team. You will be responsible for creating and managing the Rackspace eGRC platform using RSA Archer, developing a unified risk and control framework, and deploying RSA Archer modules to support operational risk management, IT security risk management, control framework development and management, control testing and automation, third-party/vendor assurance, audit management, reporting and analytics, and policy management. This is a highly visible, business-critical initiative with two primary workstreams: preparing the business for eGRC (RSA Archer) and implementing and developing eGRC tooling (RSA Archer). You will need strong RSA Archer knowledge and experience with large enterprise-wide rollouts. Requirements

• Consume and rationalize business requirements in the context of eGRC tooling and RSA Archer
• Provide guidance to teams and stakeholders on ideal operating models which are consumable by RSA Archer
• Develop and prioritize project workstreams to ensure RSA Archer dependencies are identified and managed early in the project lifecycle
• Create and develop a unified control framework to enable consumption by RSA Archer
• Possess technical skills to configure and develop RSA Archer to meet requirements
• Have a technical understanding of ‘ideal’ archer deployment architecture in order to articulate technical requirements to the teams who manage the underpinning infrastructure
• Understand the RSA Archer suite of products to ensure the correct modules are planned and deployed
• Create technical and non-technical documentation
• Understand data management and data quality techniques
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and the ability to articulate issues in non-GRC, and non-technical verbiage
• Manage Archer testing and release management
• Possess strong Archer knowledge
• Have a proven track record of working with Archer on large, enterprise-wide rollouts
