Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Java

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers
• Lead complex software design and architecture, manage cross-functional projects, handle dependencies, and address bottlenecks
• Hands-on coding and development of critical software components
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices
• Identify and address technical challenges, proposing effective solutions to complex problems
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, breaking down complex problems into smaller achievable increments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• AWS and Docker Container experience are a plus
